1. Nature of Service
Tafseel Tech is a digital platform that enables users to design and order custom-made products.
All products are manufactured based on the specifications, designs, and selections provided by the user.
By placing an order, the user acknowledges that the product is custom-made (made-to-order).
2. Order Confirmation & Payment
- All orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
- Production begins based on the submitted order details.
Due to the custom-made nature of the product, orders cannot be canceled after payment.
3. Order Modifications
Users may request modifications within 5 hours of order submission only.
- Requests are subject to review and approval
- Additional charges may apply
- After 5 hours, no changes can be made
4. Design Execution & Approval
Due to the nature of fabrics and materials, it may not always be possible to source the exact Kalfa or Naqsha selected.
- Tafseel Tech will source the closest available match
- The proposed option will be shared with the customer for approval
- If the customer rejects, a refund will be issued
- If the customer approves, production will proceed
Once approved, the selected design cannot be considered a defect.
5. Custom Product Disclaimer
- All products are made-to-order
- Minor variations may occur in color, stitching, or finishing
- Digital previews are for illustration purposes only
- These variations do not qualify as defects
6. Design Responsibility
- Uploaded designs, logos, and references
- Accuracy of selections (size, color, specifications)
Tafseel Tech is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect user inputs.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs remain the property of the user
- Tafseel Tech does not reuse or resell designs
- The user is responsible for ensuring rights to uploaded content
- Tafseel Tech is not liable for third-party disputes
8. Pricing

All pricing is clearly shown before checkout.
Higher quantities may reduce cost per piece.
9. Production & Delivery
- Estimated timeline: up to 15 working days or less
- Delays may occur due to operational or supply factors
Tafseel Tech is not liable for delays outside its control.
10. Returns, Refunds & Defects
10.1 General Policy
- All sales are final
- Returns or refunds are only accepted in case of confirmed defects
10.2 Definition of Defect
- Incorrect design
- Clearly incorrect color
- Incorrect size
- Incorrect or missing logo
10.3 Not Considered Defects
- Minor color variations
- Minor stitching or finishing differences
- Approved alternative selections
- Customer dissatisfaction with choice
- Screen or lighting differences
- Errors due to incorrect input
10.4 Reporting Issues
- Within 48 hours of delivery
- Photo evidence required
- Late claims may not be accepted
10.5 Resolution

11. Samples
