What is the design process?
You create your product directly on the platform. Once your order is placed, our design team reviews your design and start to make it a reality for you.
How can I upload my Logo, Kalfa, Naqsha, or custom design?
You can upload any design (Logo, Naqsha, Kalfa, or custome design) directly through the upload section here: [let’s add a picutre of the upload section)
• Upload your design file (image or artwork)
• Adjust and place it as you like
• You can add more than one design if needed
Note: If your design is complex it will be reviewed before production and contact you if needed.
Can I save my designs and reorder again?
Yes. You can save your designs to easily reorder them anytime without starting from scratch.
I couldn’t create my design on the platform, what should I do?
If you can’t achieve your desired design, contact our design team via WhatsApp and share your idea or sketch, we’ll handle the rest.
Are my designs private?
Yes. Your designs are completely private and will only be produced for you.
Does the price change based on quantity?
Yes. The higher your order quantity, the lower the cost per piece.
Can I create custom packaging for my brand?
Yes, you can.
Go to the “Packaging” section under products and start designing your custom packaging.
Packaging is ordered in bulk,
and we recommend storing it in our warehouse so it can be automatically included with your customer orders.
Can I check a sample before delivering to my customers?
You can place a single-piece order to test the quality. Once approved, you can confidently proceed knowing all future pieces will match the same standard.
How long does the production takes?
